Ingredients:
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1-2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1⁄4 cup dry white wine
- 1 TBS fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- ⅛ tsp sugar
Directions:
Melt butter in a medium skillet or saucepan over medium-low heat. Add garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant, stirring often. Whisk in white wine, lemon juice, and white wine vinegar. Simmer gently for 4–6 minutes until slightly reduced. Whisk in heavy cream. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Whisk constantly until smooth. Serve immediately.
Serve warm over baked, grilled, or pan‑seared fish. Garnish with parsley if desired.
